The parts of air conditioners  are always moist and because of this they can be a breeding place for micro organisms . These micro organisms can enter into the air and through respiratory system can enter into the lungs of human beings . And can cause many diseases in the human beings .

ILL EFFECTS ON THE HEALTH
Joint pains
Respiratory ailments

Decrease in immunity

PREVENTION FROM ILL EFFECTS
Air conditioners  should be used as minimally as possible
Proper ventilation should be maintained in the rooms
Plantation should be encouraged in houses as well as factories so that the environment could be kept cold via natural mechanism
Material used in construction of buildings should be the one which allows minimal heat absorption
Indoor temperature should not be maintained in a  drastic difference with outdoors
Sudden change of temperature in human beings should be avoided
